The Annual General Meeting of the NSW Police Council of Sport Inc. is to be held Thursday, 25th October, 2018 in the auditorium of the Sydney Police Centre from 1pm to 3pm (approx.)
All current affiliated NSW Police Council of Sport sports clubs need to re-affiliate by way of providing the relevant paperwork and payments, as well as be represented at the AGM by not less than two club members.
There will be a requirement for each Club to have two representatives at the meeting as per 27.f of the Constitution. Your Executive member mentor as a representative will not suffice. Non compliance will negate any grant funding for 2019.
Two Sports Club members are necessary to attend to abide by the NSW PCoS Constitution. Please refer to a copy of an email forwarded to all Sports Clubs dated: Wed, 19th September from Ben Janssen. A copy of our Constitution, a draft Agenda for the AGM, draft AGM minutes for 2017 and a blank version of the annual club information form. Listed below are your relevant mentors for guidance and to send your completed documentation to for checking by COB 19th October, 2018.
